Rise AppRise AppWe take data protection seriously. This app is designed to run entirely on your device – with no registration, no login, and no server-based user accounts. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data.

The app works completely offline. All to-do content is stored locally on your device. We do not collect any personal information such as name, email address, IP address, device ID, or location data.
To improve the app, we use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. We do not collect personal or pseudonymous data. Instead, a random, daily identifier is generated each time the app is launched. This ID is not stored or reused.
The data collected includes general usage behavior, such as how often the app is opened, when a to-do item is completed, or which features are used. This data is fully anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), as it serves solely to improve the app.
We use PostHog Cloud (EU), with infrastructure located within the European Union. No data is transferred to non-EU countries. Provider: PostHog Inc., 965 Mission St, San Francisco, CA, USA.
We do not share any data with third parties except for PostHog. The app includes no advertising networks.
Since we do not process any personal data, the GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, data portability) do not apply.
